Aprende a utilizar el equipamiento audiovisual de tu aula para dar clases semipresenciales / Present

Charmex makes four days of online training available to teachers to help them use audiovisual tools in blended classes, with some students remotely and others in the classroom simultaneously.

"We understand that this new course is presented with too many challenges and unknowns, as specialists in audiovisual technology we want to continue contributing to the transformation of schools with solutions that adapt," they explain.

The specialists in the education channel will be those who help teach teachers, colleges, universities or institutes. The training has a limited capacity of 100 participants, lasts one hour and can be seen on four different dates: September 24, September 29, October 8 and October 14.

“During all these months, since the first week of confinement, we have been working internally with our distributors and collaborating with the educational community with the We help you teach campaign. But seeing the evolution with the return to school, we see ourselves in the obligation to open these training courses to those who are in the front line, the teachers ”, they affirm from the technology provider.

Registration is free and is available on the charmexeducacion.net website, the same one in which they granted free licenses of the gamification software in the cloud, Snowflake Online, from the company SNOWFLAKE. The innovative software that allows you to create educational games and share them with students virtually.

“At that time we thought it would not have a great impact, since the teachers were in a very complicated situation, with other priorities, but to our surprise we ended up granting more than 700 Snowflake licenses, we gave several virtual courses, we learned a lot from the teachers, of their needs, and, above all, we realized a capacity for adaptation worthy of admiration ”, they highlight.

This action was just a grain of sand among many other resources that were made available at no cost globally.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 continues to affect us in September, exposing us to a particularly difficult situation in education. An educational community already very exhausted, and with limited resources, which most of the time will have to train in a self-taught way, will have to face classes in which technology will play a more important role than ever.

As explained from Charmex, so that telematic and collaborative classes can be carried out with guarantees, it will be necessary, to a lesser or greater extent depending on the case, certain technological equipment in the classroom: computers, webcam, videoconference microphones and bars, tablets o PCs, projectors, interactive monitors, all of them interconnected, an infrastructure that is not easy to manage and that must be compatible with standard ecosystems.

Therefore, during the training they will talk about the current situation and possible future situations; the way to face blended classes (50% face-to-face, 50% remote); multiplatform audiovisual solutions; Integration and how to use them correctly.

How to register?
Registration is free, you just have to choose the day and register in the form . The trainings are from 3pm to 4pm, you only need an hour to learn how to use the tools you need to be able to give blended classes.
Premium service to overcome difficult times

At Charmex we are convinced that the distribution of quality and versatile equipment is no longer enough, and that now, more than ever, the quality of service and very good advice must be valued to face with the maximum guarantee to the situation.

Can you imagine a PC that doesn't connect to Wi-Fi and 25 students waiting to start class? 15 face-to-face students, and another 10 from home waiting for class to start due to a configuration error? A pen display that won't start, or stops in the middle of class? Constant communication problems with students' devices both in person and from home in the event of confinement? Surely many do not need to imagine it ...

Aware of the crisis that can occur if things don't work out, at Charmex we work with two concepts that are very important to us: the certified distribution channel and the premium after-sales service.

THE CERTIFIED DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL

The distribution channel of our AV equipment for education is mainly made up of companies with the proximity, technical capacity and training necessary to accompany the educational community in the complicated task of adapting to the new situation.
We work side by side to find the best way to advise users, and we even develop products taking into account what the market demands of us, information that the distributors themselves provide us with.

THE PREMIUM AFTER SALES SERVICE

When something fails technically, at Charmex it is considered an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment, putting all the facilities so that things can be resolved quickly, with simple management processes. Some equipment, such as interactive monitors, even enjoy a PREMIUM * guarantee that includes the reinstallation of the replacement equipment, freeing up the distributor and especially the end user from this task, so that they can concentrate on what is most important, teaching.

* CLEVERTOUCH and TRAULUX interactive monitors come with a 5-year IN SITU warranty with re-installation included in Spain, without the need for registration.
