They address recurring questions such as making the most of the 'infinite whiteboard' application, strategies for sharing class material with students or the differences between working locally or in the cloud. “As an added value, at Charmex we accompany you in the implementation of your interactive monitor with free personalized training. It doesn't matter if you buy a new monitor or if you want to review the functionalities, have questions or want to train in the LYNX Whiteboard software," the supplier explains.

This initiative joins Charmex's ' We help you teach ' program, which offers resources, video tutorials and news related to developments in interactive displays and other audiovisual solutions for education. Complementing these trainings, the educational community also has options for resolving doubts, by mail or by phone, as well as a specialized technical service with warranty and repair of Clevertouch and Traulux equipment.
