To provide a better user experience, the Swedish manufacturer Evoko presented a new design of the panel interface of its Evoko Liso room reservation system, at the AV appointment, Infocomm 2018 in Las Vegas.

The most visible novelty is the new light of the orange status, which indicates that the next meeting will start in 10 minutes. With this new feature, the user can find their meeting easier and lets others know that a meeting is about to start and they should look for another room.

In addition, during the Passive / Active mode that appears in orange, you can see in the panel very clearly both the subject of the meeting as well as who called it and puts more emphasis on the "Check In" button.

In the same way, Infocomm launched new features that will soon be available as the overview screen, where you can check the status of the schedules of all meeting rooms from any device with HTML support.

With this functionality, the user can choose if he wants to visualize between the whole building or just one floor. It is easy to see which room is available, which is scheduled and which is next to occupied, simply by the green, red and orange color coding system:

With easy-to-use filters like time, capacity and resources. When doing a search first the best matches will be shown according to the filters, along with the suggestions if the room preference is not available.

The application compatible with both Android and iOS, allows the user to see all their meetings in one place: fast and simple.

Lastly and very soon available, there is the Smooth Add-on for Outlook calendar, a subscription supplement that works hand in hand with Outlook and offers the possibility to reserve catering and equipment, allowing the organizer to have even more control over the meeting and everything that surrounds it.
