Computers, tablets or smartphones are some of the devices that can be connected wirelessly to the projector or monitor installed in the classroom thanks to NovoConnect , a family of Vivitek devices distributed in Spain by Charmex.
With a simple installation system and a configuration that only involves the scanning of a QR code, it stands out for its wide compatibility with different devices and different operating systems. Thus, it can be used with all types of equipment that work with Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Chromebook ... Not surprisingly, it is based on the principles of the BYOD philosophy (Bring Your Own Device, traetu own device) that encourages each student and teacher use your own computer, tablet or smartphone.
NovoConnect allows you to connect up to 64 participants simultaneously, and has the ability to split the screen into four windows at most. With this, you can share ideas and files instantly and easily with the entire classroom.
In addition, the teacher is always in control of what is going to be shared, since a preview function (moderator) is available to review the content sent by the students before it is shown to the rest of the class, avoiding so unpleasant surprises.
On the other hand, it offers the possibility of starting a voting or exam mode that makes it possible to send a set of questions to the students to answer from their own device and subsequently generate a report of the responses of each one automatically.
