In the corporate sector, NovoStage users can use it to create a collaborative meeting environment with their Windows platform pen displays. An alternative option for NovoStage users is to collaborate on the go by "carrying" NovoStage on their laptops to serve as collaborative environments anywhere (using the same WiFi network).
NovoStage is also a great asset for the education sector, as it has been designed to be compatible with learning management software such as Google G-suite or Blackboard. Security before everything
As with all of its product lines, Vivitek has prioritized data protection and network security when developing NovoStage. As NovoStage is installed on laptops and displays within a network environment, it is protected by the VPN and firewall installed by the IT teams.
For additional levels of security, transmitted data is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a 256-bit key. This means that all shared data is protected from unauthorized personnel, and Vivitek products comply with the international ISO 27001 standard.
Also, since link sharing is a concern for many businesses, NovoStage addresses this issue through Vivitek's LauncherPlus , which allows invitees to present in a virtual meeting without joining a link. This keeps guests outside the corporate network, ensuring network security even during virtual meetings.
NovoStage is designed in line with Vivitek's Novo Ecosystem , which comprises four categories: add-on devices , all-in-one solutions , Launcher Plus and software/cloud applications .
