To carry out this experience, four 6,000-lumen projectors have been used, equipped with wide-angle optics that offer a total screen resolution of 4,096×768 pixels. It is an audiovisual installation carried out entirely by the Kodec company, in which Charmex has been the supplier of the audiovisual equipment.
The surprise that this 10-minute audiovisual show generates in visitors is spectacular, since both the screen, which is camouflaged with the tunnel itself, as well as the audio and lighting are activated automatically when the public approaches the space.
This is achieved thanks to a motion sensor that is synchronized with a Crestron CP3 control system, which in turn integrates with Christie Pandoras Box video processing and show control solutions. Specifically, a Pandoras Box Compact Player is used, with four HDMI outputs, and a Pandoras Box Manager , to manage projection warping and blending.
Pandoras Box Widget Designer has also been incorporated, a software tool to create custom show control applications, which in this experience is used to program the projection automation.
