This change of facilities has allowed for the integration of various technological solutions that seek to optimize communication and the activities of the federation's various departments, which were previously scattered across different offices, such as the central offices, the Technical Committee of Referees, the Technical Committee of Coaches, and the Coaching School.

From an auditorium and sound stage with a large-format LED screen, PTZ cameras, and a video mixer for streaming, to interactive meeting rooms with video conferencing and a podcast room, the headquarters on Calle d'Almassora in Valencia has been equipped with the latest AV innovations. The consulting and installation of this equipment has been provided by Meinsat and Charmex , who have worked together to offer solutions tailored to the federation's needs.

A versatile space for meetings, training and streaming

During the planning phase, the FFCV was looking for a versatile solution that could be adapted to different uses, such as board meetings, live broadcasts, and presentations. In response, Meinsat proposed including a Traulux Qfix II LED screen measuring 3.84m x 2.4m, with a 2.5m pitch and a 3840Hz refresh rate, ideal for fixed indoor installations. This equipment provides the space for whatever is required: viewing content, presentations, or even as a photocall, where simply adding a few stools provides a corporate background with the federation logos.

The auditorium, designed with wooden tiers arranged like a Greek theater, offers an immersive experience thanks to the Qfix II screen, which adapts perfectly to the space, occupying the entire available height, providing spaciousness and ensuring excellent visibility for all attendees, both in person and those following the broadcasts on the federation's official channels.

For live content production and streaming, the federation has incorporated three RGBlink PTZ cameras and a Roland PRO A/V VR-6HD all-in-one video switcher, ideal tools for sharing live events or recording sessions for teams and enthusiasts. All with professional Purelink cabling and two 24-inch Samsung courtesy monitors for the speakers to view the signal.
Interactive rooms for meetings and training

In addition, four meeting rooms have been equipped: two of them interactive, equipped with Clevertouch Impact LUX monitors, with integrated Android Google EDLA of 75 and 65 inches, along with Poly Studio USB cameras with autotracking, to facilitate video conferencing. Two Samsung monitors from the QBC series have also been purchased, one exclusively for meetings and the other equipped with a PTZ camera and a Roland PRO A/V VR-1HD video streaming mixer , configured as a podcast room.

The interactive rooms have been key for various functions, such as board and advisory meetings, referee and coach training sessions, and even videoconferences with affiliated clubs. For example, "following the DANA, they have been used to coordinate action plans with the affected clubs," explains Meinsat, the company responsible for consulting and installing the audiovisual equipment.

Training and technological adaptation

Since the beginning of the project, Meinsat and Charmex have provided specific on-site training on the equipment, covering everything from the interactive monitors to the streaming tools. "We have supported them throughout the entire process, offering in-person training on the interactive monitors and the streaming system. We also continue to support them at specific broadcast events. Fortunately, the equipment is very intuitive, and over time, users have become more independent in its use," commented Meinsat.

The reception to the new headquarters has been very positive. Users highlight the added value that the technology brings, both in improving internal communication and strengthening the federation's presence on social media. This advancement not only optimizes the FFCV's operations but also strengthens its commitment to football in the Valencian Community, promoting training and development of the sport in the region.
