Coinciding with its 36th anniversary, in 2022 Inology has presented a new corporate image and moved its headquarters from Terrassa (Barcelona province) to new offices in the city center, with twice the square meters of the current ones and capacity for more than 200 people, integrating the 5 meeting rooms with technological solutions made up of Evoko Naso, professional Samsung QBR monitors and a Clevertouch UX PRO interactive monitor, with their respective supports.

This change of offices goes hand in hand with Inology's desire to continue growing as a company, and is part of the continuous improvement process. Since the characteristics that differentiate them are their flexibility and adaptability.

With the advice of the audiovisual installer Pyme Tech and Charmex , they have chosen to include the systems to organize and improve the reservation of meeting rooms, as well as professional UHD monitors and a touch monitor to optimize and promote teamwork among collaborators. "Without a doubt we are noticing the improvements as we become familiar with the system," they highlight from Inology.

Evoko Naso helps employees find a free meeting room. Being the most innovative room reservation system on the market, the features of the solution, its robustness and elegant design have made it suitable for installation in all meeting rooms that require occupancy management.

In addition, its use is very simple, being the solution chosen for its intuitive system and easy to use for everyone. Its touch screen informs when the current meeting ends, when the next room occupation is scheduled and allows on-site reservation. If the screen is illuminated in green, it would indicate that the room is free and if the lighting is red, it would indicate that it is occupied.

"We had the challenge of integrating the system into the modern design of the offices, since it is all glazed, but a good job has been done so that neither cables nor fastening elements are visible," they explain.

In 4 of the rooms, Samsung QBR series monitors help employees with realistic images thanks to ultra-high definition resolution, even with lower resolution content thanks to Crystal Processor 4K that supports innovative UHD upscaling technology.

And in the room that requires more collaborative meetings, they have included the 86” Clevertouch UX PRO interactive monitor accompanied by two Clevershare dongles that allow up to 50 devices to connect to mirror screen sharing with images, video and audio. And it includes bi-directional control, which allows the presenter to have full control over what is shared and can show 6 screens simultaneously, increasing participation in each session.

With the pen display they have included a PC OPS Windows 11 module with Intel i5 processor for a secure experience and which is integrated into the side of the monitor.

From Inology they comment that the IT team has been trained and accompanied, at all times regarding the correct use of the solution by the integrator Pyme Tech Adviser. As for the users, since the learning curve of the solution is minimal, the system has been quickly implemented and used, facilitating management for everyone in the company.
