The history of this company is an ode to adaptation; was born in 1957 editing annotated legal texts and immediately entered the correspondence training sector. At the beginning of the 60s, they incorporated face-to-face classes and for 20 years they have also offered online training, through their own virtual campus, which allows them to professionally qualify more people.

With the advice and integration of Global TV and the supply of Charmex , in the summer of 2019 they began a process of modernization of their technological equipment, with the inclusion of Clevertouch V interactive monitors and their respective supports. Then, during 2021 they have given an agile response to the current situation, betting on a hybrid model in face-to-face classes, including professional videoconferencing with Poly Studio bars , to facilitate both explanations for teachers and understanding for students.


And to go further, they also added 43-inch Samsung monitors , which located on the side of the classroom, with Traulux wall mounts , allow classroom students and the teacher to see all those students who are at a distance through videoconferencing.

“Years ago we had the first digital whiteboards that need to be calibrated. Since then everything has changed a lot and of course we have also used overhead projectors. Currently, we have 100 interactive monitors installed and we already have more than 50 classrooms with hybrid training equipment ”, explains Juan José Taguas, Director of Information Systems at ADAMS.

As Ana Iglesias, ADAMS Pedagogical Director, points out, this new modality, “will be a challenge when it comes to ensuring that the student's learning experience is the same regardless of where they are, making available all the training tools that we have in our hand".

Interactive monitors, video conferencing cameras, and support monitors


The solution designed for ADAMS Training is designed so that distance students can follow the class as if they were in the classroom and is used in both the Exam preparation classes, as well as in Employment Training and Business training classes. Thanks to Poly Studio video conferencing bars, which feature multiple in-line array microphones, everyone can hear and be heard clearly during the session. This system allows the teacher or speaker to always be in the frame thanks to the moderator's automatic follow-up function, which can be used without installing any additional drivers or software. Additionally, students outside the classroom can be seen during class through the 43-inch Samsung monitors that have been installed on the side of the room.

And to improve interaction between teachers and all students, regardless of where they are, the interactive Clevertouch V 4K monitors are used. With their easy-to-use touch panel, high-precision technology, and software with free applications, they bring collaboration in class.

In the opinion of Juan José Taguas, “the solution is very versatile and adapts to different forms of teaching. The internet connection from the interactive monitor's blackboard allows access to content and images, which has made it easier for students to understand ”.
