Digital AV Magazine Located in the heart of Oviedo, the Hotel de la Reconquista is more than just a hotel icon. With over 200 years of history, this emblematic building (formerly the Provincial Hospice since 1752) has become an international symbol of Asturias and has hosted the Princess of Asturias Awards in Oviedo for more than 40 years.
To meet the growing technological demands of events and conferences, the hotel opted for a state-of-the-art LED solution that guaranteed maximum image quality, without dividing lines and versatility in its spaces.
With advice from
Alquisa and
Charmex as a value provider, a Qstech 120-inch Full HD (1920x1080) All-in-One LED screen was incorporated, replacing previous solutions with lower definition and brightness, improving the visual quality in the hotel's various events.
The Qstech All-in-One also features an Android-based remote control system, making it easy for any user to operate and avoiding complex configurations that are difficult for users to understand.
“We’ve had this product since March and we use it for all events that require an LED screen of this size. All hotel guests who need it have access to this technology,” explains Alquisa.
Furthermore, thanks to its design with wheel support, the screen can be easily moved between the different rooms, providing great operational flexibility within the hotel's convention center, which has more than 9,000 m² and 16 versatile spaces.
“Technology is advancing rapidly, and in the audiovisual field we evolve with the times, constantly updating our equipment to achieve the highest quality and provide the best services to our clients,” Alquisa emphasizes.
The implementation of this solution did not present any technical difficulties, with its ease of use and installation standing out as one of its great benefits.
