Traulux's T-Rent screens provided visual impact in different spaces of the event: from the initial opening, to areas such as the Business Area, Speaker Corner and the Networking Area.
A comprehensive installation by Audiovisuales Vigo The company
Audiovisuales Vigo, specializing in the rental and installation of audiovisual media, was responsible for the assembly and operation of the entire project, accompanied by Charmex as a value provider.
For this purpose, the T-rent Traulux indoor 2.6mm LED screen was used, along with the Novastar VX1000 PRO processor, bumpers and everything necessary for assembly, adapting to the different needs of the client.
Organized by Asime, an organization that currently has more than 600 member companies, the 2025 event featured more than 200 exhibitors and 80 speakers, tripling the number of registrations compared to previous editions.
During the inauguration, the auditorium was transformed into a space of high visual impact thanks to a Traulux LED screen measuring 500 x 250 cm, accompanied by sound and video production systems.
In the various work areas—
Business Area, Speaker Corner, and Networking Area— 350 x 200 cm LED screens were installed, along with sound equipment, wireless microphones, and lighting. These solutions provided audiovisual support for a comprehensive program of activities that included B2B meetings, conferences, workshops, and networking sessions focused on key topics such as artificial intelligence, security and defense, renewable energy, and the future of mobility.
Traulux and Novastar solutions: quality and versatility The T-Rent 2.6 L rental LED screen is the ideal entry-level option in the rental market for indoor installations, offering robustness, ease of assembly and excellent value for money. Using SMD LEDs, the T-Rent 2.6 features Glue On Board (GOB) technology on the first two rows of LEDs around the cabinet's perimeter to provide greater resistance to impacts. Applying a layer of special glue creates a protective structure that absorbs part of the impact and distributes the forces to reduce the risk of breakage. Furthermore, the NovaStar VX1000 Pro processor
is a powerful all-in-one LED display controller, capable of handling 4K×2K resolutions at 60 Hz, with 10 Ethernet ports and a total capacity of 6.5 million pixels, guaranteeing exceptional visual performance even on ultrawide displays.
“At Audiovisuales Vigo, our philosophy is to purchase audiovisual equipment within Spain, for reasons such as proximity to the supplier and after-sales service. We choose Traulux because of its reliability, finish, and quality,” explains Fernando Durán, the company's manager.
