TRAULUX JFIX High-Brightness Outdoor LED Display for Advertising and Large-Format Installations
The TRAULUX JFIX high-brightness display is a fixed-installation outdoor LED screen designed to show advertising and audiovisual content on building façades and in outdoor spaces. It combines brightness of up to 10,000 nits, IP66 protection and CCES energy-saving technology.
Available in P6.67, P8 and P10 pixel pitches, with a choice of cabinet sizes and custom options for projects requiring curved displays.
High brightness for outdoor LED displays
The JFIX series offers a brightness range of 6,000 to 8,500 nits for P6.67 and 6,500 to 10,000 nits for P8 and P10. These options allow the configuration to be selected according to the display’s location, ambient light conditions and the project’s viewing distance.
Its 3,840 Hz refresh rate and 14 to 16-bit grayscale contribute to smooth, detailed reproduction of advertising and audiovisual content.
CCES technology to reduce energy consumption
CCES (Common Cathode Energy Saving Technology) distributes power precisely to the RGB LED chips. According to the technical datasheet, it can reduce energy consumption by more than 30%.
Lower heat generation supports more stable component operation and helps extend the panel’s service life.
Heat dissipation for outdoor installations
The aluminium chassis and modules improve heat dissipation. The module’s white finish also reflects some sunlight, helping to reduce heat build-up in the display.
IP66 protection and an operating temperature range of −30 °C to +60 °C make it suitable for fixed outdoor LED installations.
Adaptable formats and curved installation options
The range offers several cabinet sizes to suit the available installation space. The technical datasheet lists 960 × 640 mm, 960 × 960 mm, 960 × 1,280 mm, 1,440 × 960 mm and 1,440 × 1,280 mm formats.
Custom curved configurations are also available for projects with specific façade or structural design requirements.
Front and rear maintenance
The JFIX supports maintenance from both the front and the rear. Modules and power supplies can be replaced from the front, making servicing easier when rear access is limited.
